Did you know that candle-making is a very scientific process? With the help of our team of chemists and a customized candle lab, Greenleaf is able to present our customers with the highest quality of candles available. When we develop candles, every aspect of the process undergoes testing: appearance, fragrance, color, burn time and burn quality, wick size and type, and how they all work together.

Our fragrance oils and dyes are created and blended within our own facility. That means we can offer you the maximum amount of fragrance in every candle. To maintain color, candles should not be subjected to direct sunlight.

Our wicks are also made in-house and have a zinc core which poses no threat to your health or the environment. Because our wicks contain a zinc core, they burn hotter and cleaner and the candles exhibit a more even burn pattern. Sometimes you may see a mushroom form at the end of your wick. This is expected. Simply trim off the mushroom before relighting the candle. Remember you should always trim the wick to approximately �" before burning.

The burn times of our different candles are as follows: Home D�cor Candles: 100-120 hours, Hourglass Candles: 40-60 hours, Candle Cubes� Votives: 15 hours.

All of our fragrance oils are formulated and blended in-house. So fragrances are designed to work with each individual product to maximize fragrance quality and release. The quality of our oils is always monitored by the latest in scientific technology and highly trained noses!
